I am looking for a freelancer who can help us setup up the necessary configurations to use Zoho CRM for our lead capturing, leads managment (Qualifications and stages), and deals being closed. We are also lookign for joruneys for customers to follow in the qualification phase, onboarding phase and current customer phase.
We also want the marketing aspect to be implemented such as which campaigns or channels are creating the largest amounts of Leads, and tracking things like Customer Acquisition Cost, marketing campaigns (via google or microsoft), tradeshow leads.
We are not experts on this, so we really are looking for a company that has experience.
Sales Team Size: Small (1-10)
Sales Journeys Design: Yes, we need someone to design the Sales Journeys for us.
System Management: Yes, we already have someone to manage the system once it is set up.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in setting up and configuring Zoho CRM
- Experience in designing Sales Journeys and implementing them within Zoho CRM
- Knowledge of automations and workflows within Zoho CRM
- Ability to integrate Zoho CRM with other systems and platforms
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with our team in implementing the system
