Hi, I am a reseller for a third party script. I have installed this script on around 30 servers and it works fine, however for some reason on my latest customer's server it brings up an error 500. I am really not sure why this is, and need someone with experience to diagnose this issue. It is an identical copy of the script that we use on all the other websites, so there must be some sort of minor server error. Server logs say this is the error: www/.htaccess: Options not allowed here So there is something wrong with .htaccess. Need urgent fix! Thanks.
