Auction script modifications (PHP, javascript)

We have a custom built penny auction script with a fully functioning Admin panel built in PHP and javascript. The coder who made this script has unfortunately been removed from/left RAC so we need to hire another coder to implement new features. We require a coder to write the following in PHP/cron: 1) Auto extend feature that allows the Admin to extend any auction to a set date/time 2) Auto bidding feature that will allow the Admin to set up a "minimum price", and have "bots" bid on the auction until it reaches this price. This can be done with cron. 3) A feature that creates a thumbnail from an image. Currently the system forces you to upload a "main" product image and also a smaller "thumbnail" image - this part must be automated so you only upload one main image and the thumbs are created. 4) A feature to duplicate/clone current listings so that once a button is clicked, the item and all its contents are then duplicated. 5) A bid butler that means you can bid up to a certain amount and don't need to watch the auction, because the bid butler bids at the last moments. There should be an option in the Admin Panel to modify at what point the bid butler activates (ie. 10 seconds before the auction closes) - again a cron script will do this easily. All of these features must be controllable from the Admin panel. PLEASE NOT: we already have a third-party script that does ALL of these features, built in PHP, so if you want us to provide these to you then we can, for your reference. It is all done in PHP and uses cron, and is quite simple to replicate if you know advanced PHP. None of our source codes are encrypted! Thank you.
