Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Manager

Phoenix Financials is a leading financial services company based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our Dutch-speaking customer service operations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. A minimum of 40 hours per week is expected of the successful candidate. Responsibilities: Manage and lead the Dutch-speaking customer service team, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service delivery. Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards to optimize customer satisfaction. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints promptly, efficiently, and courteously, ensuring timely resolution. Monitor customer service performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to identify areas for improvement. Train, coach, and mentor customer service representatives to enhance their skills and overall performance. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members, recognizing and addressing areas of improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance customer service processes and initiatives. Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences to ensure the provision of excellent customer service. Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new team members. Maintain a positive and professional work environment, fostering teamwork and employee engagement. Requirements: Fluency in Dutch and English is essential. Proven experience in a customer service management role. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members. Strong leadership and people management abilities. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities simultaneously. Knowledge of financial services or related industry is a plus. Experience in training and developing customer service teams is preferred. Familiarity with customer service software systems and tools.
