I am writing a novel in which a character from Ballymena in Northern Ireland speaks a few words of Ulster Scots in moments of great emotional stress. She normally speaks English and is married to an Englishman. I need translation of about 20 words from English to Ulster Scots. The translation must be accurate and in context.

Hi there I am German but I live in NI. My hubby and mother-in-law are Ulster Scotts, both grown up in the Mournes. They won't take on a big translation project but 20 words are fine. Tx Angela
