Translating English to Spanish SEO knowledge required

What i need is a translation of about 70-80 pages from english to spanish, the text is about SEO, you need to be very well versed on both languages, **AND** SEO, also the translation won´t be plain, the text is writen on 1st person, and i need it impersonal (ex. the text may say: "I recommend ...." that should be translated as "Se recomienda ..." no as "Yo recomiendo ..."). There might be some other little difficulties, i´ll be giving more details to the winning bidder, i´ll send a 2 pages document to the best bids for you to translate as a test to your abilities, i need the job in 20 days and the progress will be checked daily.
