Write Project Proposal

I am looking for someone experienced in writing ICT Project Proposal Document. Experience in Emergency Response Systems document development is a bonus. Please only respond if you have writen Project Proposal Documents before! I would require samples of previous work...and don't send me something from Google Search either. ALSO...DO NOT SEND ME WEBSITE DESIGN PLAN. THIS IS NOT A WEBSITE. Proposal may include the following general areas (you are free to suggest other models of writing too): Introduction Background Objectives Project/Product/Solution Technology Architecture Intellectual Property Market Needs Customer Value Proposition (CVP) Competitiveness Unfair Advantage Marketing Strategies The 4Ps of Marketing Business Model Financial Analysis Summary - Call to Action I would be in constant communication with the selected bidder and answer all questions presented. ## Deliverables You must be a NATIVE speaker of English Language or at least have an excellent command of the language. The reason I am not writing it myself is because I am not a native speaker and I have the decency to acknowledge that I am not an expert in this field.
