This is my first project on freelancer.com, hence why I've been really generous with the delivery time. I will most likely end up finishing the project a lot sooner if I am given it. I am also now offering to do this for a lower cost, because I'm looking to build my reputation on this site. I have been studying and working with .NET for a few years now and am used to making projects of this type. I have made many projects in the past that work with Excel spreadsheets and SQL databases by loading data from rows into C# objects that are displayed in a user interface and are interactive, with user interactions updating the rows in the database or spreadsheet. I will take time to structure my code carefully and arrange my classes into a proper hierarchy to keep this project as organised and efficient as possible. Once I finish it, modifying or adding additional features to it in the future will be very simple to do. If you accept my bid, I will return an interface design to you first so that we can have all of the requirements clarified completely. This program will be very robust and reliable to use for business. I am not familiar with DevExpress, but I can learn to use it for the purpose of this project if needed.
