Real Estate for Dutch public

I'm looking for a programmer or a team that can realize the following for me. I want to let build a real estate website for the Dutch public. Example of what i want can be found here: [login to view URL] im only interested in a 1 - 2 - 3 steps system. Very easy of of putting your house at the website. If you look at the example url. You can see that the page exist of 2 parts: Houses showed as list: [login to view URL];sort=score&f_price=&q=&swlat=50.69471783819287&swlng=2.13134765625&nelat=53.461890432859114&nelng=8.668212890625&s=lijst&lsm=lijst Houses showed by googlemaps: [login to view URL] At first sight you get the total search result. You can specify your search by using the dropdowns like: Prijs (price), Soort Object (type of object) etc... This part is fully ajax based and it goes all smoothly. So in main lines i want to have a real easte website where people can advertize there houses for free. They get listed in as told above. There are basic things like a user main page, advertizing page etc... The site has to be build with a template system, so the programming code and the html code has to be seperated.
