Cotumizing CRM (Sugar or similar)

Hey Guys I found A lot of the CRM to be Slight overkill. We have 2 sales people (soon to be three) and we really have no need for projection solutions etc... not mentioning that it will end costing $1500 per year. I heard that Sugar CRM would make a great solution and with someone who can costumize it for us. Here's the solution that I'm interested to have Must Have 1) sync between 2 users (oversees) 2) Some form of offline integration 3) Soft Phone integration so I can call automatically from the system using headset 4) Trace email activity Prefer to have 5) Quality offline integration that is really comfortable when I’m off the net 6) Trace Phone activity Great option to have have Email marketing Solution for HR company 4) I’m happy to use or purchase few plugins for this solutions so you don’t have to build everything from scratch. I actually prefer that the bidders are most focused on proper customization than actually starting to build things
