Getting System information in Visual Baisc

I would like to have someone write me a module or a DLL with a VB module that would allow me to check if certain system settings are set on the computer the software is running on. ## Deliverables I have an existing application written in Visual Basic 6 and I would like to be able to get some system information about the computer the software is running on. I would need some kind of module/ class (or DLL with a module/class wrapper) what would give me the following information: 1) If the system has a firewall. 2) If there is virus software installed. 3) If Ad-hoc mode is enabled. 4) If file and printer sharing is enabled. 5) If ‘guest’ account is enabled. 6) If there is an account named Administrator present on the system. 7) If there is an Infrared port and if it is enabled. 8) If the last login username is displayed. Please see example ([login to view URL]) or Computer Configuration -> Windows Settings -> Security Settings -> Local Policies -> Security Options - > Interactive Logon: Do not display last user name. 9) Is there a BIOS password set. I would like to be able to have all of the above information however if certain items prove to be difficult or add a too much complexity to the process I would be open to eliminating them. If there is a better way to achieve my goal I would be interested in hearing about it. I’m not tied to a particular method. I just need the above information anyway I can get it.
