Research Database Application

We are looking for the web based application which will cover following requirements. 1. We should be able to generate a master database through which we can track the status of every contacts of every company. 2. We should be able to define the hierarchy and also define the POC(Point of contact(s)) for each services. 3. We should be able to add/edit/delete contacts of any company. 4. We should be able to move/transfer contacts from one company to other company. 5. We should be able to block a contact/company from running any campaign for a period or for lifetime. 6. Keywords - for Research Use - Defines keywords which should be used to search for the right companies and contacts Please verify duplicate companies by the web address, email pattern (@[login to view URL] etc.), Phone Numbers, Fax Numbers in addition to the company name and address.
