Since reading your post soliciting experienced HR Consultant to contact you regarding openings for such professionals at your firm, I decided to respond. I am very interested in being considered for one of the positions. I have extended experience in Organizational Development field as a business coach and helping executives that come to coaching for several reasons: They could be “stuck” and can’t think of what else to do in order to move the organization forward; there may not be anyone at their level that they can have confidential conversations with, or they believe if they were to change/improve something within themselves, the greater organization would benefit. Maybe they are ready to do something different but are not sure what that “something” is. Perhaps they are looking for change, a different perspective, or have important goals to reach. My coaching process focuses on helping individuals go from where they are, to where they want themselves and their company to be.
