SRB Sales and Marketing Social Media Manager Tasks:

1. Read over the ENTIRE Website ([url removed, login to view]) to be sure that you fully understand for yourself the WHO, WHAT, WHERE, WHY, WHEN and the HOW about the SRB Institute For Financial Literacy organization. No one can successfully market and recruit others to JOIN TODAY if you do not fully understand yourself.

2. Click on the Refer Link at the bottom of the Landing Page and read carefully the simple Official SRB Affiliate agreement. This is how others that you recruit will be compensated. YOU HOWEVER AS THE SRB SALES AND MARKETING SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER WILL BE COMPENSATED THROUGH FREELANCER\'S SYSTEM. This will first create for each of the newly recruited members to also be compensated for every one that they refer with a new tracking link that when included in any of your social media postings, will keep a real time record of who clicked on their link. It will take them to our website landing page for them to review. Once they Join as a newly paid member the third party software will let them know. They will then be compensated a full 20% of their annual membership fee the following Friday. Every year when they renew their membership they will continue to again be compensated a full 20% of their referrals annual membership fee. This compensation agreement will continue in perpetuity as long as the membership is renewed each year.

3. Create some written postings (no longer than Twitter length). Post everywhere.

4. Everyone who clicks on their link who JOINS, ask them to either allow this member to post their link on their social media sites or ask them to post your link on their sites with something that they write.

5. Everyone who clicks on their link but does not sign up ask them to share with you privately why. This way we can address any concerns or issues that they may have. If they have a concern with something, always know that someone else may also have the very same concerns.

6. Help us find at least ten Americans in each of the fifty states, plus the District of Columbia who will begin sign up as an Official Affiliate Marketer. We will give them their membership fee for free after they recruit ten newly paid members. They will also be compensated the 20% for each referral.

7. Finally, please remember that while this is serious business that will help renew of entire nation, we are a not for profit organization, and we want to MAKE THIS FUN for everyone!!!!!!!!!!!! So help us come up with ideas of how best to promote. How about a contest? We already are doing a drawing where everyone who JOINS before we open on Monday September 1, 2014 will be eligible for the 2014 Chevy Corvette prize drawing!!!!!!!!
