1) Website: Front End to support the backend apps and content (In lines of [login to view URL]). The features to include: a) Chat b) Contact c) Friendly URL’s d) Social Integration (a gmail account will be provided to support the creation of FB and Twitter accounts) e) SMS API Integration f) Email Newsletter 2) Process: App where Insurance Plans can be configured in the admin panel and the same be retrieved through reports from the Website – based on age, gender, duration, etc as comparisons between Providers for the Plan Options and Costing. The Website User should be able to select his plan of choice and click the same to be redirected the Provider’s Website. (The links will be provided) 3) CRM: For Admin Users and Staff. Staffs who contact customers through tele calling usually collect their data in Excel Sheet. With the CRM, they should be able to upload the Excel Sheet (The format will be provided) and data to be segregated to allow follow-ups, generate reports, etc. a) Role based (Admin and Staff, Supervisor and Staff levels of permissions) b) Dashboard for Follow-up of Calls or Alerts, Performance (contacts vs leads) on Weekly and Monthly basis, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Admin & Supervisor Messages. c) Hall of Fame: Achievements of the Agents d) Upload of data in Excel Sheet to prompt for duplication in Mobile Number, Name and email ID fields. e) Validations to be set to Data Entry forms on the CRM – Alternate to Excel Upload. 4) Customer Portal: Customers who enroll with us are sent a Username and password with access to their information on the portal. It will have all their details and the plans that they are enrolled to. Should receive auto emails when a Plan is bought, due for renewal or cancelled.
