Yasser at Inccoded has been excellent to work with and I'm extremely happy with the results. From day one, Yasser communicated well and displayed a thorough understanding of our requirements specification. Working in an agile way, Yasser delivered new functionality on a daily basis and was happy to discuss in a very friendly way. I was particularly impressed at the speed and quality of Yasser's work. Often, following a requirements discussion, I'd see the results of his implementation update in hours (and sometimes minutes!). He demonstrated a very strong knowledge of the technology and delivered a solution with great usability. He's what I'd describe as an 'egoless' programmer, meaning he is very responsive to suggestions for changes and improvements. As our first foray into freelancer.com we weren't sure what to expect but the journey on this project was highly enjoyable and productive.
