Long term Excel project support

I am looking for a freelancer to work with me over a long term period to support me with a project in Excel. This includes formulas and VBA. I have taken the project so far. I am now at the point where I don't have the time to dedicate to it and the project has reached a level of complexity where I am now starting to make errors. It is used on SharePoint by multiple users at the same time, so lots of co-authoring is involved. Therefore the code needs to be as efficient as possible to support this. Initially, I would need someone to test to the functions of the spreadsheet to ensure it works correctly under stress and to look at the code to make sure it is efficient (I am self taught - the code works, but it is probably terribly written). This would involve clicking a few bespoke buttons on the ribbons and review a small amount of code. Ongoing, I will need to provide a requirement for a task and have it completed in a day or two. This is where the bulk of the work will be involved moving forward. I have attached the file. I welcome your bids. Generic bids will be ignored. Bids from people who have read this and have some comments on the project will be considered. The budget for this project is for the initial work or reviewing testing the spreadsheet and reviewing the code. Please be aware that the the security code is sometimes problematic. Also, only "Rachel Bowen" sheet and section of code under the 'Transfer_TidyUp' module is correct.
