Hi, I created a similar app (in Excel) for NGO that records and collects donations information from some files (centers) to a master database and issues thanks-letters, tax reports, etc. the application allows you to upload databases from Excel, Access or CVS files, into a master file. Before the processing, Excel shows you the transactions on screen layout with a possibility to review and correct them on the spot. During the process, Excel checks the information is accurate and prepares reports based on needed parameters and criteria. there is a built-in report for donors and for the tax authorities, There is a report generator which enables to develop templates independently. The application information is secured, and the access done by username and password.
