Part time customer support for an online medical records an billing system. You will need to learn the system and help end users resolve common problems. Call volume is usually low but does spike occasionally. Contact with end users will be via email and phone. A wired internet connection and web enabled computer is required. It takes a while to learn the system so this is not a short term project.
