Our android app is visited by more than 100,000 users daily. The app has a dedicated built-in helpline which allows our growing user base to interact with us. We receive few queries, feedback, suggestions from our growing user base and need someone to track and respond to these. This helps us maintain customer engagement, and increase the lifetime value of each customer. Skills - Strong communication skills, and strong grasp on Assamese language and English grammar is a must. Past Experience - Past experience with customer support and engagement is a plus. Skills: Hindi, English, Assamese. Remuneration - INR 12,000 - INR 15,000 / month

By reading your project description,what I have understood is that you require someone to help translate customer queries and also give back the official feed back in their preferred language. I expect that you will provide details of the along with the FAQ scripts and preferred responses. It will be good if more detailing can be done on the project regarding the modes of communication with customer, the query resolution process and expected TAT's.
