Customer Support work. Needs great organization, reliability, strong written and spoken English. We need someone who can make a strong addition to our operations team. This includes, among other tasks, receiving some calls with strong English skills (spoken and written) and writing emails. Has to be a reliable & punctual person that can make agreed-upon commitments on a consistent basis. Flexible schedule and can scale number of hours. Has the potential of becoming a long-term relationship if there's mutual fit. Thanks.

Hello, I would like to be considered for the position of your Customer Service specialist. I have gone through your description and can see that you need someone who understands the Customer Service role, I feel I am that person.
