I have four years experience as virtual assistant on Freelancer and Upwork.
As virtual assistant, excellent verbal and written skills have always been the main requirement of all my past clients.
Having a native level of English, I can professionally contact clients over the phone for appointments, sales queries or product question. In terms of written communication, I have dealt with back office administration tasks such as email handling, data-entry and calendar management with tools such as Teamwork.
Having been in the BPO sector since 2003, I have managed teams of up to 25 people; of course I had to ensure that the shifts where efficiently planned and monitored. The job also required that I train the team on various campaigns, so not only am I capable of learning products quickly, I also adapt very quickly to new systems and software.
As team leader, I also had to send sales reports to the clients; submit invoices and ensure that the clients pay sales commission.
Freelancer has also been an interesting networking platform, thus giving me the opportunity to manage the content for websites and Facebook pages.
Internet-wise, I have high speed fiber optic DSL which guarantees excellent communication.
I am flexible and available from 11am to 5pm HK time.
