I've been working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM since version 3.0 (both Online and On-Premise for CRM 2011 and 2013). My experience included 1) Installation and configuration CRM (including Windows OS). 2) Custom/Customize entities, attributes, forms, views. 3) web resources (html, javascript) integration. 4) Plugin and Workflow (custom workflow as well) development 5) Outlook Client integration. 6) ADFS/IFS Configuration I am sure with my experience, I can help you in solving your CRM issues.
