Urdu to English Translation Required

Dear All, I need freelance translators for a long term project. I have a an audio files to be transcribed into English. I will provide audio files and the translator will have to provide the translation on Microsoft Word files on a given format. Format should be respected strictly. An applicant should be hard working. Files will be provided on daily basis. Files need to be sent back within 12 to 16 hours without delay. Delay will be lead to deduction. A complete instructions will be provided to successful candidates. Budget is 1200 to 1500 PKR fixed Rupees for 60 minutes of audio transcription with no chance of increase in next 6 months.
