I have a business plan template for small business that I would like set up as a Windows program. I plan to sell it via download so I will need IP rights to the material. Budget is $275 - see attached file for features required. Some features I have listed as "if budget allows" - please let me know if these are covered by your quote or what additional cost would be involved. Also, please list in your bid what the additonal cost would be if I wanted to purchase the source code from you within 12 months of the project starting and also what sort of support you offer. Terms: willing to accept terms of established freelancers with good feedback - all others, escrow only to protect both our interests. See file for further details.
