Hey there. I know only the most basic of Russian but if you already have the translated and transcribed text, I can convert the transcript into a subtitle file. May I know what kind of subtitle file format is usable for your video? I have in my profile's portfolio items section a subtitle file in .sbv format. I can easily look up and use other subtitle formats for this project as well, according to this project's specific requirement.
