Hello There, I would be interested to do this for you. I have done such project on android. Normally I have done this using ALSA Layer(for Audio) at C library. I am not sure what kind of processing you will be doing on the intercepted voice data. So to complete the project, I need to know the processing logic. Or I can provide your a generic plugin where you can link your data processing logic or you can provide me shared library and I can integrate. So bottom line is, I have code to intercept and manipulate audio data on android. Please let me know if you are further interested. Thanks
