DESCRIPTION
Venzee is looking for a driven multi-tasker with experience in Customer Service and Localization/Translation. Fluent in both English and Portuguese, you will deliver top-notch service to customers and translate website content for both languages. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer champion who can build relationships quickly and share our passion of our vision for the future.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Success Advocate
Address concerns via Email, Chat, Phone and Social Media
Conduct friendly and casual – yet professional, conversations with customers
Stay up to date with platform and user experience changes
Contribute to building the customer knowledge base
Understand concerns and offer the most appropriate solution
Meet and exceed performance targets
Localization Expert
Translate knowledge base articles, blogs and other customer-facing content
Work closely with various teams including Product, Sales and Marketing
Align customer experiences across both languages
Gain in-depth product knowledge to accurately convey intended messages
REQUIREMENTS
2- 3 years experience in a Customer Service capacity
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in both English and Portuguese through written and verbal
Effective time management & prioritizing skills
Quick to adapt to changes in a constantly evolving startup environment
You bring your A game each and everyday; A self starter, “hand me the keys” approach
