My team have experiences in cold-calling, marketing and appointment setting on 4 separate industries, Publishing, Technology, Hotels and Internet Services.
Our experience in publishing is calling leads, presenting the company, its products and services, and setting appointments with the field agents. That was roughly 2 years ago.
Currently we are doing appointment-setting and booking for a Hotel-Resort, appointment-setting and telemarketing for a Technology Company (B2B), and appointment-setting and telemarketing for an Internet Service company (B2B).
Aside from calling leads (hot/cold) for appointments, marketing, sales and bookings, we also take time to update contact information and other important information of out-dated leads. This is important for us to make sure that the lead database is maintained and usable in the future for future calls on updates, promotions and events.
We also ask for referrals from hot leads to increase the lead database with more qualified leads. Our current lead database are in the US and Australia areas.
We are willing to try a test/trial run for a week (5 work-days) for you to be able to test and assess our capabilities.
