When a visitor comes to the homepage, a random number generator will cause a photo of a car to appear in the middle of the page. Whenever someone rates the photo, a random number generator will cause a new photo to appear and be rated next. A smaller version of the previous photo will appear in the upper left hand corner along with its average rating and the total number of votes.
