I am designing a ball passing stand with a hole in it called the “Passing Pro”. What I need is a plastic hollow drum/container which is capable of holding sand or water. This will counter balance the “Passing Pro” when a ball hits the face of it and will prevent it from falling over (Similar to what is often featured in the home basketball hoops).
