Research & Programming - Query multiple RSS Feeds and Web Services

I need an expert in web services programming to create a program to scrape content from multiple RSS feeds and web services (5 at present but the system should be extensible). The user interface should have a single search field where the user enters a search term of 1 or more words. When the user clicks search, the system should search the 5 sources and see if there are any keyword matches in the 5 sources. If there are matches these should be returned and displayed in the search results, with a link to the full article. I also need you to carry out some research as the 5 sources use different technologies to make their content available. For example, one source uses [login to view URL] DSpace, another uses the open archives protocol [login to view URL] I need you to explore and report how to scrape data from each of these sources, and then to write the code to get the data from available resources. The deliverable is 1) A live search system that searches the resources and displays search results. I will setup a web space for your chosen technology so this can be delivered to a live website. 2) A short report of how the content is scraped from each resource
