Flash to Silverlight Conversion for 3 Flash Movies

I have three Flash animation files, each about 3-4 minutes, that need to be converted to Silverlight format. The converted files need to look and act the same as the original Flash files, including the music, voiceover , the pause/start buttons, and the link out for more information at the end. I have uploaded one of the SWF files and a conversion I did using a Flash to Silverlite converter for your inspection. I do not necessarily need the Silverlight source files; a straight conversion would be fine, if the above conditions are met. I tried using some Flash to Silverlight conversion software that did some of the work, but did not convert over the buttons. Some of the transitions were also too long. Please review the files I have attached (this is one of three to be converted) and let me know if you can do the work. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform The attached files contain the SWF file from one of the three movies, and the Silverlight files that were created after running the SWF through some conversion software.
