Modern design for modern accommodation website(repost)

I need a website designed for me which will include graphics (PSD), HTML and CSS (must validate).? No other backend code is needed. The website will be accommodation related and will also need a logo. I would like the style to be clear and minimal but stylish like a lot of successful web 2.0 projects are. There will be 10 pages which will be needed to be designed but these should all be styled in a similar fashion. Some pages may need to have an accordion effect as to fit more on the page in a clean way. 1. Front page which will include search form for the accommodation buyer. 2. Login page/sign-up. 3 Register accommodation page (for accommodation owners). 4. Register accommodation request (for accommodation buyers). 5. View accommodation page. 6. Results page which will display results. 7. My Account page. 8. Q&A page. 9. Blog page. 10. Book accommodation page. On acceptance you will be given more information on exactly what the pages will need to contain.? However, you should have a good understanding of user interfaces and how humans interact with them. If you aren't a solid graphic designer then please don't bid on this project. The site will not only look good for visitors but should also only be something you will be proud of.?
