Wordpress webcam video + photo recording field for Gravity Forms

I need the creation of a 6.4.3+ wordpress plugin that allows adding a field named "Webcam capture" to forms created with Gravity Forms (2.8.3+) When admin adds this field to a form, he should be able to add: 1. Title: Write the frontend label and choose an image that will be used as the button. If no image is added please use a default image with text "Your webcam capture" 2. Choose if he wants this field to capture VIDEO or PHOTO: o Video o Photo 3. Maximum size in Mb (If video or photo exceeds this size, dont allow upload and show error "The upliaded file exceeds the maxim size of {XXX} Mb. Please reduce size and try again. One form might have multiple fields of this type. When a form has this field, and in the front-end the user clicks the webcam image, the webcam of his COMPUTER , IPAD, ANDROID PHONE or IPHONE PHONE, should open and he should be able to take a photo or record a video. He should be able to see the captured photo or video before submitting the form and if he wants, he should be able to delete it and replace it. The submitted photos, should be uploaded and saved in the server without changing quality/size, using file format: {formid}-{entryid}-webcam{number}.extension . Please put them in a directory with no public access. Admin should also, be able to include a link to the photo or video in the form notification emails. When admin sees the entries for a form, he should be able to see all taken photos/videos In your bid, please tell me what other wordpress plugins you have developed. Thanks a lot!
