Update search form on Wordpress website

I have an advanced search form on my Wordpress website, but I have switched to a new Wordpress theme and the search form is no longer working. I need the search form updated so it works on my new Wordpress theme (which is Thrive Theme Builder). My website provides information on business grants in Canada. The site contains nearly 1,000 individual posts. Each post contains information on one business grant, including the type of incentive (grant, loan, etc); the purpose of funding; the dollar value of the incentive; etc. I have added tags to each post that correspond with this information. These are the tags: - Incentive type - Funding organization type - Funding organization name - Purpose of funding - Industry Sector - Audience - Geography - Dollar value - Status Visitors are able to search the posts to find grants that meet their information criteria. The advanced search form contains drop-down lists that correspond with the tag values. The advanced search form used to be on the homepage of my site, and the search results displayed on the homepage (below the search form). Bidders MUST have experience creating advanced search forms, and must provide links to at least two (2) advanced search forms that they have created. I do not have a large budget for this project, but I will be happy to give the successful bidder a 5-star review.
