Hi we are a company that repairs computers. We are looking for a long term partner for us to work together to repair pc's and service them. We now have an issue with a computer, so we can test it with this one to start. At the moment we have a computer Windows 7 that when you go into Devices and printers I can't see anything. No printers. Nor devices. There is however one printer installed and it also prints. But we need to see the devices. We need this done as soon as possible. We have more work if you can complete this in time and nicely. All work will be done via teamviewer. Thank you!

Hello I have about 8 years computer technician experience working from windows 98 to windows 8 and most all problems have a solution some are quicker and some take sometime in this case its some sort of settings or config problem that's not correct. I can use teamviewr to login and try to solve the problem I will not give up and try all possible solutions that is possible remotely. If I understand your problem with this particular Windows 7 machine, you're unable to view any devices under Devices and Printers, even though there is a printer connected and working.
