We want to generate a lot of traffic, so companies will agree to pay for a placement of advertising banners. The site should enable any registered user to post an ad of a luxury item for sale/rent anywhere in the world. Any user posting an ad should have the ability to add 2 pictures. This site should be fast and easy to use. A user can post more than one ad, but one by one and, and with verification, so people would not be able to post with automatic programs. Every ad needs to have a Title, Location, Description, Price and 1 or 2 Images. The title should be larger, bolder and on top along with the price and location next to it. The picture should be under the title, and the description should be under the picture. We will not sell anything and would not be responsible for anything, when users post an ad they should agree to the rules by checking the agreement box, the agreement should appear next to the check box on the side. The agreement should be viewed in another link. This will remove any responsibility from us, we will not be responsible for anything posted, errors defective merchandise, fraud price. We are a classified ads website that has items to be sold or rented. Superior members will be able to track their ads and repost with one click deleted ads. Superior members will have to pay minimal fee. A posting monitor will enable superior members to control and view there posting. You will need to create a Super Administrator User that can delete inappropriate listings. The site should attract visitors because it is easy to use and the items look good and obtainable they would try to get it.
