Hello there, I hope this finds you well. Well, where you created the CSR ? The CSR creates the request and the companion private key of the server. How did you apply the same certificate to multiple different servers? For IIS you create the CSR and once the certificate is issued you can complete the installation of the certificate in the same console, or you can terminate the SSL certificate on a WAF before the backend IIS server.
