Create Exchange Public Calendar for SBS 2008

I have one Windows SBS 2008 Server. The actual name on the System Information window is "Windows Server Standard FE" so as you can see its an obscure version. The Exchange version is 2007. I need a public folder to be created that is a shared calendar for all SBS users on Outlook. All users need to have permissions to have full access to this calendar. As you may know, with SBS 2008 and Exchange 2007 it is not straightforward to setup a public folders and permissions easily. DO NOT apply for this project if you have not configured public folders on an SBS 2008 server and Exchange 2007 before. It should take an experienced sysadmin 20 minutes to do this. I can give you access to the server via Teamviewer. To be sure you have read this brief correctly, please reply using the phrase "blue dog".
