Write an Android application

I have an ionic webrtc chat application that requires some front end polishing, and I have a backend admin panel written in node that needs to be completed. For the video application, I need the progress bars to disappear when video is playing, and I need an overall cleanup from an experienced designer. The app is a two way doctor patient video chat system. I need the back end administration panel finished that will let an admin assign doctors and patients to each other and then limit video sessions to linked users. The backend admin section is a modified version of easyrtc. What I expect: 1.) The ionic app for doctors and patients to both look amazing and they must be responsive. 2.) The doctor app needs to let the doctor write notes mid-conversation, and they need to be viewable via the administrative panel. 3.) The administrative panel needs to look amazing and be 100% functional. 4.) We need to segregate webrtc call logic. Right now I am using an easyrtc code demo for video and everyone can see everyone. I need doctors and patients to only see each other. Features: The administrator panel needs to be able to link patients and doctors and provide an observation log for notes taken by doctors as well as a call log that records when calls were made. Much of this is already done and it is very simple. A non-disclosure agreement and source codes will be provided. I need the list items 1-4 to be complete and the Features list to be complete.
