Wix custom ratings project

Hi, I need help with adding a custom ratings feature to my current website (currently using Wix). I am reposting a project description I put up a day ago because I got feedback asking me for clarification on the project. Deacription: I have a databases of different products which I want members of my site to rank by doing head to head product comparisons. This is how I want the rating process to work: 0) user clicks on Rate Products page link on my site to get to the product rating participation page. 1) the ratings page must first check to see that the user is logged in to the site or will prompt them to login. I only want members of my site to rate the products to prevent spamming. 2) the page will refresh and show 2 products that are randomly drawn from my database, showing up side by side with picture(s) and features comparison already captured from the database 3) the user will need to have 4 buttons to choose from: a) product A is preferred, b) product B is preferred, c) product A and B are equally preferred, d) pass on this rating which refreshes the page with 2 new products. 4) the code will pull the current ELO ratings for products A and B and i) update both products with their new ELO ratings but also ii) record the current date & time / user ID / product A ID and product B ID / rating decision in a Wix user database. For information on ELO rating formula..., see [login to view URL] ... this is a fairly simple math function taking a few variables from the database. 5) the page will refresh and briefly show the new ELO ratings of the two products (showing the user that his/her choice has impacted the ratings of the two products). 6) the ratings page will refresh and the user will be presented with 2 new products to rate. For this project, I am looking for someone already familiar with Wix (and likely Velo). I do not need help with content but only with this function. I am west coast USA and need this project done in the next few weeks. I will be reviewing bids over the next few days and will make a decision after brief conversation with those interested in the project. This is step 1 and if I decide to take this further upon site review, I may hire the same person or group again to add additional functions. I am asking for someone reliable who can give me a fair price for what is essentially a beginners project. Thank you.
