I need this features to be done : - Free shipping for Canadian Regular Customer who are accepting marketing - Free shipping for any Regular N/A Customer purchases of 50$+ whatever their accepting marketing is - Using a shipping app for non-canadian orders of 50$ and less for regular customers (If not possible for the shipping app, having a 2.99 flat rate for them might be fine) - Flat rate for WholeSale Customer of 12$ for their purchase Thanks
