PSD to HTML & CSS emailer

Cut out this PSD Emailer to HTML & CSS. [login to view URL] This E-Mailer is NOT responsive and should be cut out EXACTLY as the design shows. Links will be provided. This mailer will be sent out to users who use Outlook 2010 & 2013, Gmail and Apple Mail only. ---------------------------------------------- QA & Testing: 1. I would like to inspect the HTML code myself before continuing with point number 2 below. 2. Test via a account on 'Campaign Monitor' (emailing platform) [login to view URL] I would like that code uploaded to our account in order to have it tested by sending a live email to my email address. The emailer will then be tested on both desktop & mobile device. CHANGES & REVERTS: You need to allow for reverts and changes until the end product is perfect. I agree that 'out of scope', will need to be billed for as extra. PAYMENT Terms: Payment will be made as 5 different milestones, where the last payment will be released after the mailer is tested by you, myself and the client and I'm satisfied that the emailer HTML works correctly for both desktop as well as mobile.
