Need code for building customized filters and customized sort options

So if I have mySQL on the website backend that contains a table consisting of this sample data, I need the code that I can use to build a shopping site where - - filtering is based on Price, Field X, Field Y, Field Z - sorting (reversible) is based on Name, Price, Field X, Field Y, Field Z, Date of Insertion With the code you provide, I want to be able to set up something similar at my end on a web hosting service. Ease of code transferability would be needed for integration into - - any standard shopping package that sets up a shopping site - support for any programming languages used in the code at any regular web hosting service (like Bigrock) The code should be easy to understand and tweak - if tomorrow, the filtering or sorting has to be done on different (or additional columns), the code should be easily usable. P.S. I am a hobbyist, not an organization. I do not have a business model or a product I want to sell. I have seen similar functionalities on some shopping sites, but I do not have access to the underlying code. I want to know what the code looks & feels like. I do not have the technical chops to investigate, learn and set this up myself, hence I'm putting this up as a job here since I need help.
