Everything that can be text, should be text. Everything else will be graphics. I just need a table-less, layered, CSS pages built from from multilayered PSDs. There are 12 pages in total, but they are all very similar, so most of the code can be reused on each page. Please look at the attached images before quoting. Here are the requirements: W3C Valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional Table-less CSS markup. Compatible with IE, Firefox, Opera and Safari with W3C Valid Shorthand & Optimized CSS. Please also code the 6 or 7 main pages - with the appropriate titles. Please also put in layers with dummy text and a layer for the flash.
