eCommerce store on Wordpress

Dear Freelancers, Some Background before we start, We have a clothing business that relies on at shop sales as well as online sales (Instagram & Whatsapp) We're seeking to build an ecommerce website to sell our items and better promote our store. We did look into different alternatives such as shopify but they do not fulfil the full requirements, therefore we are looking to build a web store based on wordpress to have full control on our store Main functions of the website frontend: 1. Promote New Collections on separate section 2. Give the possibility for the clients to filter the items by different categories 3. Discount Codes to be promoted on the Homepage 4. Have flexibility and ease of change for the front end widgets, categories,, etc. 5. Review section to be added direct by the customer after a purchase is made 6. Multiple Payment gateways, Chat support on Whatsapp (a widget to be added) 7. Change Language English Arabic 8. A customer shall request to be notified when an item is available back in stock Main functions of the website Backend: 1. Ability to update the Homepage easily (Pictures, sections visible, Discount codes and Pop-up notifications. 2. Adding products to the website shall be made easy with the possibility to update the sizes available 3. Discount Code system with possibility to generate the codes to apply a discount or Free Delivery 4. Control Sales and pending orders, update order status, review customer reviews and delete some of them if needed. 5. Control payment methods Design Requests: The design can be something similar to the website below, but not limited to it! the freelancer can provide ideas on enhancing the design [login to view URL] The design shall be responsive and supports multiple screen sizes including phones Ability to update colors of the website sections from the backend I believe our requirements are not complex and can easily be executed with the right knowledge We are targeting a duration of 1 week to complete the website The selected freelancer shall provide tips on how to manage the website and the best payment gateways to be added to the website.
