Develop Loading Screen for Node.js Web Application

We are looking for someone to design and develop a loading screen for our navigation web-app which is based on Express using the node.js framework. The idea is to have the logo of the web app rotating in the center of the screen with a progress bar at the bottom and a heading "Loading..." at the top.  The progress bar should be the polymer <paper-progress> element, found here: [login to view URL] Our project is based off Polymer already and you will receive a copy of the project, so just follow the lead of the rest of the project to determine how to implement it. The design should primarily follow Google's Material Design guidelines as the rest of the web application has been designed with them in mind. It should also be responsive as the web application is used on and supports all kinds of devices from iPhones to Androids to iPads to desktop computers. I'm hoping for the loading screen to be provided as a javascript (.js) file that can be imported into the header of the project.  As well as the design, it should be set up to be shown while the web application is loading.
