Build a website

Website that can have - - Create 10 profiles of sellers, with ability to add 100 products per seller. - --products, specifications, standard prices, schemes and offers - Up to 100 customers profiles can be created - Customers can order products, do payments/ or upload payment details - Invoices from seller should be automatically created and emailed to both customer & seller - Ability to connect to logistics portal and show transit details of goods against the order. - Ability to upload goods delivery details against order - Create profiles of 30 sales consultants, who get a margin against each order (Sales consultants work with customers to generate demand). Each customer is tagged to a sales consltant. - Ability to pay margins to consultants on monthly aggregated basis. - Create admin view, customer view, seller view, sales consultant view - Ability to generate reports I am open to get a new website created (we'll do app later). Also share plan for - Hosting this website - Day to day maintenance _ item wise budget and timelines for project If a good CRM can do the job cost effectively- I am open to suggestions.
