Build a simple 5-7 page website with SEO friendly content.

I need a plain and simple HTML website. It would have around 5-7 pages. You would have to make sure that there are no html errors and description, keywords and content are SEO friendly. Low budget project. No companies please. Work from home freelancers or college students preferred. Bid from companies/firms/group of freelancers will not be entertained. DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT HAVE SKYPE. Must be able to get the project finished in a week or two. Must be able to communicate via Skype while project is ongoing. No Indian , Pakistan or Bangladesh Freelancers bid will be entertained. So Do not waste your bid please.
